At Stax Processing, our goal is to make the transaction from Contract to Close as smooth as possible for all parties involved, and to give our clients the opportunity to worry less about the paperwork, and more about their clients.
We want our clients to feel confident that their transactions are being handled professionally, with theirs, and their clients, satisfactions our top priority.
Our system was created with close collaboration from title companies, lenders, and realtors to streamline the Contract to Close process.

Processor (Listing Specialist)

· Processing contract to close
· Reminder emails of important dates
· Reminders about documents missing
· Introduction email to clients, lender, agent, title company, etc.
· Ensure documents are filled out correctly
· Email contract and supporting documents to appropriate parties
· Schedule inspections with preferred company, if needed
· Draft documents, when requested
· Pre-closing reminder
· Assist with scheduling closing, when requested
· Coordinate with parties for requested information, when requested
· Provide completed document package after closing
· A weekly spreadsheet with account for all transactions
This is not a complete, detailed list of all the services provided by Stax Processing, and some steps will require assistance and cooperation from the agent
The fees will be paid directly to Stax Processing at funding via a Distribution Authorization that gets sent to the title company. The count will reset to 0 at the start of every month. A transaction is counted for on the day it closes.
$350 per transaction thereafter. $45/listing paperwork audit
These fees will be paid directly to Stax Processing via an invoice at the end of the month.

Transaction Fee will be due on the 1st of every month. If the number of transactions goes over the allotted amount, the fee per transaction will be invoiced at the end of the month. A transaction is counted for on the day it closes. Flat fee structure can be changed on the 1st of each month.
